Another tip, turn off damage effects so you don't have to click "continue" more than usual, and to speed things up for those of us who already have it off. Plus, they really aren't that exciting.

f you haven't already, go to the "Steam" menu at the top-left of the Steam window, "Settings", "Voice", and select "Use a push-to-talk key to trasmit voice". Then set a key. I think we can all agree that we would rather not hear you at all then hear what sounds like a portal to the static layer of hell in your room. Thank you for your cooperation.
