hey, stupid but important question: why don't we make a Discord for this? it would make for a pretty dang good place to hit up eachother and to make PUGs and even organize guilds and generally being able to communicate better among this community? with the avent of a free and powerful communication tool, we could definitely see some popularity again thanks to Discord's ease of use. I'm no Discord wizard, so I'll let whoever's good at making servers make and run it

At the end of the day everyone, this Gamemade belongs to S and it is up to him what he does with it. No one can say any differently, even if it means we never get to play it again. Without him it would never have existed in the first place.

@Khajiit Guards Your Back The servers have been down for some time dude, S is in the process of putting them back up possibly last I heard

Hello i'm having a problem with IP, first i try to connect from the link, it fails, then i try to use the ip on gmod, that fails. What am i doing wrong?

Servers are still up but this is the last month they'll be covered by the existing donation pool, then they're out of money. Per my original post, if the community wants to keep playing SWS, the donation link is on the right of the Steam Group. Servers will remain up so long as they're covered. In the event there isn't enough community interest to keep them going (which is fine, by the way) I'll grab a copy of all the player data so that if they become funded again, no one's stuff is lost.

Development is very very slow going right now, due to lack of time and lack of willpower to spend more time coding at a computer after I get home spending all day doing that. :P My next priorities are making my side of the updates for the new maps Trilo gave us (getting the new houses and spawns set up for Mesric, etc). Servers aren't at risk for several more months though.

Not worth a Steam Group announcement, but I just added an addon called Atmos to the servers, which enables day/night cycles. :) Makes the world feel a bit more dynamic.

Free time is becoming more strained again. Servers aren't going anywhere, don't worry. But I can't keep the pace I set last month as far as updates go.

I'm not going to have any free time this weekend, but I'll set the servers up to restart daily at an obscure time each morning. As long as I do that, crashes are non-existent.

just to mention, might want to add a thing on the manual about speaking with AI as theres nothign saying how to speak with them
