Although F2P has access to all weapon drops, keep in mind that they only have about 1/6 of the space non-backpack buyers get. And as we know, the weapon count is REALLY high (arguebly I collected 1 of each weapon, and that takes up about 2 1/2 pages). So in reality, F2P don't have all weapons accessed to them at any given one time. Hats will just take up space anyway.

Is what happens when we have both a mix of fanboys and tf2-for-leisure players when suddenly, a rush of "players" come in.Totally new. Its "players" because theres probably more than a thousand. And I know I'm not relatively being specific.

They have to spend at least 5 bucks because that is the minimum deposit for Steam Wallet, TF2's system for in-game microtransactions.

Agreed with everyones views but i cant take it they dont even have to spent 5 bucks they can spent 0.49 dollars to get a premium account which is serious bull and being a free player they still get access to almost anything, valve said they cant get Rare and cosemtic items so i went to check whats rare and cosmetic, Guess what only hats and misc. thats it they can get detonator from random drops they still can get everything only hats they dont get. And even we players dont get random hats that much anyways im really disappointed in valve

i think we as a group, send a message to valve demanding a misc item and i NICER hat for our loyalty and patronage

There's a ton of new F2P players that dont do anything . On dustbowl's first map , I strolled right through the middle path ( the sort of ditch between the two sides of the map ) as a heavy without even being noticed . Of course , with the f2p players being new and all , my kills went waaaay up . Still , Dont you think we deserve a bit more than just a free hat and the stuff we saved up over the 4 years ? :l

I mean sure, those with retail versions get the 2 TF2 official badges but what about those who ordered it directly from the steam store ?

My view is that its ♥♥♥♥, its free and to upgrade it to a premium account all you have to do is pay 5 bucks, so meaning that now tf2 is only 4.99 dollars? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥> so many heavy + medic pairs in arena and many f2p players are asking me why pyro has the force, i mean dont they know its called airblast???? i told this f2p player that f2p players cant airblast and he believed it, F2P PLAYERS ARE ♥♥♥♥, FROM ANOTHER ERA FTW

My view about tf2 being free, sucks, quick scope sniper, doesnt go for the head anymore, more on body shots, the whole team is just plain stupid, in payload maps, no one push, in CTF maps, everyone is support types, Team is composed of medics, snipers, and engineers >.< King of the hill maps, no one bothers to cap the point, some to scared to die.... more w+m1 pyros, more idle players, more slot taken by F2P ♥♥♥♥...

good thing is: my kill score just went up, thats it

Terrible More Heavies in arena camping with Brass beast, more Spies and scouts feeding First blood, More Server spaces taken up harder to get into 2fort servers and others, More griefers, more people who waste time,More people asking annoying question, More Cheaters (Aimbot etc) and alot more
