This will be one of two announcements. This is for people awake in the western time zones. Another announcement will be made for those in Europe and the east.

This group can only hope to be successful if we keep up the momentum and keep growing.

Valve won't pay any attention to this problem while it remains a fringe issue in the community. Most TF2 players are likely unaware this is a problem!
