Forgot to tell you guys! But I found the program that caused my ban atleast. I had an autoclicker program to get through to the trading bots on csgolougne.com (the times when they had like 5 bots :P) left it running in the back, appearantly it triggers a vac ban since the same program can be used for scripting B-hopping... It sucks but it is really nice to know what caused it.

Okay so finaly ive have been talking to steam, since a bot isent replaying :D and they are saying "VAC bans that were initially issued incorrectly are removed once that is discovered.

This ban was issued correctly and will not be modified. " but that dose not really explain our whole situation since we are soo many that got banned

yeah, it's terrible. atleast a real answer on what caused it would be good. cause honestly i dont care about it anymore. just sucks i have to alternate between accounts to play

I'm excited for Blizzard's overwatch can finally forget about valve being a piece of ♥♥♥♥ because blizzard doesn't ♥♥♥♥ over it's 12 year customers. I had my wow account hacked once and I got it back the next day. I've sent emails to valve for over a year now and they haven't responded TO ONE.

I have now been perm banned from Steam Support.
I have sent a ticket to the Swedish organisation for consumers. Hopefully they can help me (us) in the case. I doubt it since USA doesn't really care about anyone but the big companies tho...

Also vitality is now blocking my email, and no, I am not a hardcore spammer, I send emails to ido, wood, vitality and garret every 5 days so yeah, good times.

I really wish that you guys get some kind of peace regarding this, either unbanned or a relevant answer, i don't know. I'll probably stop sending emails real soon, it's doing no good to my mental health, lmao.

I don't really think that all of the answers were bot, you guys probably view me as a random cheater because I got an answer from ido via email with him saying I was cheating, but I really did not cheat and, although I don't have much money involved in my account, I do care a lot about the reputation of my steam account and I am still pursuing this in the way I can. You can also see how many hours ive spent on games just doind a quick search on my library.

And yeah, 2016 is here and I think we are slowly accepting it (at least I am) so try to keep your mind open if you ever receive an answer from a dev that is not too comforting.

Haven't actively been trying lately, impossible to get someones attention. I occasionally send emails to Valve, they never respond though. Would love to know the cause of my ban, just some damn "proof" would be good. My other account has reached ~ 600 hours now, which I have had since February. Never deleted anything, and yet I haven't been banned again.

The thing that kills me that I see my 0.25$ stickers and souvenir cases I bought in order to make profit from them at the future growing up but I cant take the profit I deserve ;(

I think we should get another Reddit post up, in hopes that a dev will actually see it. As far as I'm concerned the only people that have viewed our issues are bots that copy+paste replies. We need to get the word out, if any of you are still trying.

I opened a ticket on my new account and they gave me the same basic "ban was applied legitimately". All messages to matt wood/anyone at valve have not ever responded. I send them emails at least twice a month.

@hafo, just closed and opened my ticket again and the next day I immediately received that copy pasterino manually vac ban check lies rip. Thanks for your research tho, I honestly did not think steamsupport was actually gonna copy and paste that. I will continue to bug them until I get my account unbanned!

I have been doing a bit of research and contacted a few developers of some indieprograms I have, even though they haven't been running for a very long time. All of them confirmed that even if they were running in the background they would never trigger a VAC ban. I made a new ticket at steam support (with my new account since this one just gets ignored over there by now) and attached the answers from the devs and telling them that I have done all I can do, the least they could do is to alteast look into the ban.

Got an answer today:
"Hello Hampus,

The VAC team has manually reviewed the ban on your account and found it was applied legitimately.

Bans that have been applied legitimately for cheating are permanent and cannot be removed. "

Funny thing is, the account I sent the ticket with isn't even VAC banned...

@NADER | RIP. I recieved an answer by Matt Wood many months ago, he responded to me just like support did. I told him my problem, he was slow to answer at first. When I asked if he could look into my ban it took him less than 30 seconds to tell me I was a cheater - but just like support he didn't want to tell me the cause of my ban. Obviously I wouldn't even bother 207 days later if I had cheated.

Haven't sent them emails for a long time, maybe it's time to send them one again.
It's very hard, 207 days and still counting. Their policy is ♥♥♥♥.

@.BirdtastiC. All you can do is keep on mailing and hope for the best. I have been contacting developers of different kind of programs I've got on my computer to see if any of them have any possiblity to trigger a VAC ban. So far (what I expected) everything should be clean according to the devs.

Weeja, if you are serious about that, let me know. I would love to help if you are serious about taking them to small claims court. You can screen me however you want, I never cheated in my life in any game except PS1 with the Gameshark. Otherwise, I'm innocent as ♥♥♥♥. And, I'm willing to do ANYTHING to prove my innocence. Seriously Weeja, if you are serious about that then I am as well.

Is anyone using Gui Vibrance? I used it before i got the vac and was wondering if that was what caused it

Im dont aswell. It's not even worth my effort anymore. Already got my dmg on my alt account.

I lost all hope. They won't respond to my ticket, the only response I got there was a standard copy paste. I feel they will just ignore us as we are just a small minority which they dont care about. Really disheartening because I played CS since I was a kid and grew up with it. To see the company then do a ban.... I got about 2.5k hours on CS on this account and if I add up 1.6 it becomes 4k.

It really makes me sad.

I still have hope also. Every several months I send a ticket to support about the false VAC. Not going to spam it and get banned. Maybe they'll look into if at least a few of us persevere to show our sincerity.
