Server Head Admins

So, Lead4u and I have come to realize, we simply don't have the time to keep all of the servers populated and running as smoothly as we'd like. So we've decided to give people head admin on specific servers.

As a head admin you will:
- Be on the server at daily ( You won't be demoted if you miss a day, but if you're inactive you will be demoted. )
- Keep the server populated and manage it.
- Be nice to everyone ( New people especially ) on the server while still administrating.

Being a head admin does not mean you cannot play on other servers, but the server you are head admin on is your priority. To become a head admin you must currently be admin on the server you're applying to become head admin on. The head admin application threads should be up by tomorrow: www.Evolution-Gaming.net/forum

Parkour donation script

So, it apprears that the automated donation script has been broken over the past few months, nobody has mentioned that it was broken. So if you haven't recieved your donator status on the server, you're urged to post on the forums about it and we'll get that resolved. As for future donators, I fixed it today so you should be good.

- Added Garage NPC that allows you to store vehicles
- Fixed the radio update
- Allowed pocketing of all single drugs
- Fixed bug with hitman where if a hitman accepted it a hit, it wouldn't be removed from other hitmen's menus.

- Increased the maximum number of hackers, thieves, and freerunners to 3

- Added ability to pocket individual weapons
- Added ability to pocket sodas
- Added ATM interest!
- Re-did hitman menu again
- Players and hitmen now both use /hitmenu for convenience
- Money jacker was re-added but not changed

Also, sorry for the cache error earlier, I didn't realize I had updated the server and apparently someone changed the map without consulting another admin.

Updated pickpocket:
- Pickpocket now has a secondary fire that allows you to steal items from players' pocket.
- All pickpockets now have a delay on them to balance them ( 5 second delay on primary attack, 10 second delay on secondary attack )
- Progress bar for delay
- Timer bar on bottom of screen displaying how long until next pickpocket

Changed damage screen:
- Now shows blur only around edge of screen
- Heartbeat sound which speeds up at lower health

We started our DarkRP server back up. It's currently 40 slots and has a lot of custom stuff:
- Hitman system, /addhit player amount and /hitmenu
- ATMs for storing money safely
- Pickpocket which allows you to steal money from other players ( Soon to allow stealing of items from people's pocket. )
- Pocket which saves offline and docks at the bottom of your spawn menu for easy access
- Soda machines that sell soda for $100/soda, the sodas heal to full health.
- Freerunner class which allows you to parkour just like on the parkour server.
- Custom money printers that store money in them
- 21 Jobs to choose from
