Steam Gifts is NOT to be trusted, due to a current corrupted abusive staff members. I recommend leaving/boycotting it, till they remove a certain staff member or restructure. All members should have equal rights/rules/chances, which apply to all including the staff - rather than selective and different for each (giving an advantage to those in higher power).
