EA, you need to look into your anti-cheat. I load up for a ranked match on Apex and get kicked out of the game saying it couldn't connect to the anti-cheat software. I then get penalized as though I abandoned the match. This happened twice in the span of three matches.

My EA account was hacked in November 2025. During that time, the hacker changed the email address on my account to an unknown email that does not belong to me.

I have now recovered my account and restored my original email address.

I noticed that my account was banned during the period when it was compromised. I want to make it clear that I was not the person using the account at that time. According to the trusted device/login information, the suspicious login was made from Brandenburg, Germany, while I live in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Additionally, my EA account has almost no gameplay history, which makes the ban very confusing for me.

Because my account was accessed by an unauthorized person, I kindly ask you to review the ban and investigate the login activity during that period.

EA is the WORST game publisher. They push you to use TPM2 on your PC,
you informed about TPM only after you have created thair account and istalled stupid game.
You are not able to delete your acoount.
For account deleting you need to wait their advisor for days.

I am one of those people who refuse to buy any game on Steam that requires an additional launcher or a 3rd party account of any kind to play.

This prevents me from buying any EA title younger than 15 years, anything from Ubisoft beyond their recent bouts of desperation and i used to not consider anything from Sony. Sony somewhat came to their senses from my point of view. I do not buy from any other publishers with those requirements either.

I have to assume people like me are too small a minority to even appear on your financial radar. I guess the data acquired through the launcher and the accounts are worth more to you than alienating people like me. That is fine. My stance will not change either.

I will not ever use your launcher for you to save on Steams 30% charge. I will not ever buy a micro transaction. As far as i am concerned you are losing out on revenue acting the way you have done.

Fell in love with American Mcgee's Alice franchise only to find out that you greedy jerks are holding the rights to Alice Asylum and Alice's IP so Mcgee can't make another Alice game...ever.
