I have always felt No one lives forever 1&2 (too bad they are not on steam) has some influences of Deus Ex as they are missions in the game which can be completed with and without stealth, you can speak to people by right clicking them, also some charecters have multiple speech options in the game as in a RPG, and No one lives forever 2 even had a skill points system which could be used to upgrade you skills.

Follow this for some catagory for Deus Ex / Ion Storm staff related games. If Ultima series, Blacksite: Area 51 and System Shock 1 was on Steam it would be virtually be 100% accurate.
