Captain's Mode Scrim, Voluntary Strategy/Draft Test Simulations.

In-house scrims, practice sessions, experiments, potential party ranked, potential tournament attempts. Only US East, for the time being.

Positive environment. Must be at least Solo 2K to participate.

Must be proficient in the basics.

Know the abilities of every hero.

Know the effects of items.

Know the economic/experience.

When to be aggressive or passive.

When draft calls for early end-game.

If draft can go late game.

Have some observational competence or cognizant speculation.

Have the stress-tolerance required, and the stamina for bo7 series.

Regarding matches, before a match beings, or a best of series begins, there shall be one "shot-caller" to call all the strategies and walk-through, drafting, and talking/asking the team while playing/drafting. That one individual, will not, however, dictate exact movements or positioning of the team, but simply give them the gist of the strategy or objectives.

The individual to manage these responsibilities may be on per match or per series basis, meaning, another individual may fulfill the role for a separate instance.
