Should we use old semaphore signals or new Digital signals for Davis City?

When Operating sessions start on any of the train servers or 3 trains or more are running at once, members of the dispatch team will set of the dispatch center and signal system (will be in the same dupe[all members will have a dupe of it]) when the session is over or train count is under 2, members of the group will clean up the Dispatch center. P.S. Dispatch members trains do not count in the 3 train scenario unless all members are on the server.

Group members will help Build dispatch Centers of Trainset, Sunset gulch(maybe its a big map), Trainconstruct, and 1gauge Forest.
