Hi there, try to make a certain part of a hero clothing transparent but it will turn into a white box instead despite being transparent in PNG. How do I make the system read the area as transparent?

Was thinking about reskinning a few classes, could go thorugh the png file to chop and change but I was wondering if there's a raw pre-export photoshop file for those spirtes? That can I can change one thing and run the script over to produce multiple skins in different colors.
