Tank Goodness: Change the upgrades to be able to get them when damaging instead of taking damage

you seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of Tank

the more i think about it, the better it sounds to me to make this the medispenser's ubercharge:

+ Medispenser holds several ubercharges (eg the vaccinator's multiple ubercharge system thing)
-/+ Medispenser shoots out a medkit / ammokit into the direction you are looking when ubered
-/+ pressing Reload can toggle between shooting a medium healthkit, medium ammokit and two of each, but small
- 99% shorter ubercharge

also other uber related stats
- possible ubercharge rate penalty?
+ perharps regenerating ammo gives a tiny boost to ubercharge build? eg 5-10%?

Well, since the medigun looks like a dispencer.... I was going with a theme.

who knows, maybe somewhere out there in the badlands a factory exists in which both engineers and medics work overtime to create as many medkits and ammo packs as possible and then transport them using invisible teleporters to the many medkit and ammo spawn points

Ikr. The only real downside is the -25% uber rate

but do you know what else is like the bazaar bargain?

the jump action shotgun

because it's like the soda popper

and the soda popper is a normal weapon like the bazaar bargain

And yes the jump action shotgun is basiclly a weaker soda popper and stronger at the same time but so is the danger ranger compared to the airstrike
