TL;DR Psycho axe, Heavy Artillery and Danger Ranger need buffs / changes

I agree with this.

- I'm not sure how to buff Psycho axe, mainly because I never really used it.

- I have an idea for the heavy artillery sentry: add +133% increased knockback.

- I don't even see a point in the danger ranger, considering that the airstrike exists

I've seen the latest cTF2w Demonstration video on the Heavy Artillery Minigun today and i can safely say that the gun needs a bit of buff up because it's performance is poor compared to the stock minigun

-You may want to rework the stack up process since it's a bit slow to take advantage of the increased fire rate, forcing you to have your gun spun out for too long
-The damage penalty and bullet spread are a tad much so i'd tone both of them both down slightly to either -25 or -20
-I don't think the no random crits should be needed for this weapon if it has a damage penalty (or producing it's own crits like the back-scatter or diamondback)

A bonus of full stacks apart from firing speed? ...something to make people want to be spinning the minigun for too long

I'd say short/non-intrusive ads are the best way to go, i don't want to say just "yes" or "no" on this one. If there was an option for 15 second ads i'd definitely vote for that.

The main reason why Rasputin had the quickfix uber was due to the fact that Orion had changed how "alt-fire is disabled" (in which Rasputin had) and it no longer worked with medi-guns. So I had to put a ubercharge with it.

I wan't going to do invulnerability, so I went with the quickfix uber.

How about remove the bonus heal rate and instead you can revive people? So Rasputin would revive players and has the uber shield?

I'd like that, altough it would be completely useless in the "Stop that tank!" mode.

Also, I don't think quick fix users would want to ignore that fancy +100% heal rate in exchange for faster speed if they should encounter a scout or solly / demo.

Well, I have been waiting for the "custom" ubercharge to be made.

Lucky, it has been made, the shield is now the uber. I added quickfix uber as a temp. fix until the shield could be deployed as the uber.

what i meant to point out is that rasputin is now basically the quick fix on steroids

no point to use quick fix anymore when there's the rasputin which has a much faster heal rate

Rasputin has taken over, there is nothing anyone can do anymore

I feel like the Maxine is a bit underpowered. I mean, i get being able to fire while walking around is a pretty big deal, but the downsides just feel a little bit too punishing, mainly the ammo consumption.

I like the current Maxine. But if Crafting decided to buff it, maybe reduce the ammo consumption, reduce/remove the damage penalty, and longer the spinup time. Don't know the exact numbers tho.

iirc the ammo consumption for the maxine chews through 20 ammo per second while shooting

imagine:
you have just been in a short firefight, but your ammo reserve is good. the enemy base is right ahead, and you decide to rev up your minigun to walk at your ordinary walking speed, which is quite slow. By the time you have crossed two rooms, your ammo reserve is already quite low. Now you finally see an enemy scout, and you start shooting. The scout is quite good at dodging, and manages to sustain 2 seconds of fire before getting hit. But by the time you have managed to hit him, your ammo has been gone and you have been killed. you have only done 15 damage

tl;dr maxine is a ridiculous ammo eating & rubber bullet dispensing machine

my suggestion:
MAXINE
(+) Walks at normal speed when minigun is revved up / shooting
(-) Eats 6 bullets per second while revving
(-) 75% slower revving time
(-) 10% less damage
