With the recent update, the LAW got nerfed to hell.

1) You can barely shoot anything at a decent range
2) The rockets deal very little damage now

My suggestion:

40% Damage penalty
50% Slower projectile speed

Basically, here's the math of the attribute that increases damage based on your missing health.
([Max Health] - [Health]) * [Value] = bonus damage.
Scout : (125 - 1) * 0.5 = 62 bonus damage.
1/3 would be : (125 - 42) * 0.5 = ~42 bonus damage.

I "somewhat" nerfed the rage scatter on the 9-7-15 Changelog. I even had to remove several days before because people were VERY complaining about it.

The spread isn't that bad. There is a note about it on the Changelog: "NOTE: bonuses and penalties apply until 1 HP", so if you are at 1/2 half health... then you would have around 50% spread penally

During this week's changelog, I actually nerfed (alittle) the Airblaster. I slowed down the airblast speed. Just to make sure... Doesn't no one notice that you have damage resistance when it's out?

Also, the Heavy Artillery really needs some buffing. At its current state, to reach its max potentional you need to wait ~1 and a half minute. ONE AND A HALF. My suggestion on fixing this is the following:
- The firing rate increases by 2.5% every second
- Dealing damage adds 1.5% firing rate
- Remove damage vulnerability while spun up
- Lower base firing rate to -15%
- Add 15% spread
- Spread increases 1% per second, up to 30%
