I think the Buff Buffer is fine as it is, but I am not going to participate in this buff discussion anymore

I grab the buff buffer for duplicate it
or in Stop that tank, because it's easy to build rage on tank

I just think, Increase a bit the rage build rate would be good

I replied to Mason.S's Buff Banner change suggestion, which, as mentioned in the very own post you quoted, would encourage soldiers to sit behind corners while their teammates did all of the work.

you underestimate the power of the buff

when the buff rings, it is too late

the ability to give a speed / minicrits / defense boost is very, very strong, especially if it is for 30 seconds and within a radius of 662.5 HU

you might excuse it with the fact that soldier is able to die much quicker while under the effects of a buff, but the 'no buff effect' and 'increased damage' penalties encourage soldiers to hide behind corners, which regardless makes the entire performance of the rest of the team much, much better, whatever you would say

a single soldier not being buffed wouldn't make that big of a difference

an entire team does.

tl;dr: no.

The Duke and Stab n Away are so weak they make me cry

I suggest to add 1.5 seconds extra duration of all of the kill effects and 50% increased accuracy to the Duke

For the Stab n Away, decrease the extra decloak time to 0.9 seconds
