I might be adding back a European server at the start of May due to adding advertisement and that does help pay for server costs.

Also, I did have a European server when I first started this group, but due to the lack of players (and funding).... I closed it.

You may not have the correct option on in your options.

Go to the main menu, click on options (not advanced options), then multiplayer tab, then you should see this...... "When a game server tries to download custom context to your computer"

You need to have the "Allow all custom files from server".

Normally, it should automatically download everything you should need without you having to do a thing.

You have not have "0" binded for TF2.

You have to go into your Tf2 console and type.....
bind 0 slot10

That was the original idea, but it was be OP. Due to the main reason that you don't lose your cloak after a primary attack. I currently can't add cloak blinking with the drink you see in the video. So, I changed it to condition #64.

Can't you just turn evasivness into "ranged" dodge ? Because scout are now so annoying for Sniper without Uzi, but is weak against Heavy/Pyro/Engineer

Well, that is what it's currently is.... non-melee damage taken, so it's basically ranged damage.

Also, the way evasiveness is removed is per hit -20%... I don't know if it could be changed to damage based.

This is what I have planed, once Orion is back to TF2.....
(+) 20% faster fire rate
(+) On Hit: +10% evasiveness (chance to auto-dodge damage)
(-) 20% evasiveness is subtracted from non-melee damage taken
(-) 10% evasiveness is subtracted from melee damage taken
(-) Minimal damage

The "evasiveness is subtracted from melee damage taken" is an attribute to be made. Also, this might be "while active" instead on wearer, like it is currently.

Lastly, this talking should be in "Suggestions for Balancing", not here.

I've seen the Hot air balloon demonstration and it's not looking good since the downsides are a bit too much to make good use of it so you may have to rework the current downsides(except the intellegence one, it's fine and balanced) to make it more usable

I do like what you presented. I will look into the changes.

But also to mention, yes the damage vulnerability seems alot, but the demonstration showed if you got hit continuously. If you are in the air, then you should be able to dodge some of the damage.
