It's very simple. Either 2-3 max number for players for each class. For example, with certain weapons (like the Infection), there has been 3-4 spies on a team of 10-12 players.

I was thinking about blocking most non-stock weapons, except for wearable items (like banners and shields, until the mod supports wearables). I will not block "unique" weapons, as in.....
*Bonk! Atomic Punch
*Flare Gun
*Dalokohs Bar
*Short Circuit
*Gunslinger
*Dead Ringer
*(with a few more)

Main reason: these are CUSTOM weapons severs and there's at least over 75+ awesome weapons (once you cut out the crap weapons).

This is a very important subject. I have started to move attributes from official weapons (like the Cozy Camper, Natascha, and Air Strike) to some of the custom weapons. As in, bonuses when aiming, slow down on it, and clip size/fire rate increase.

Edit from Ray: If we do have weapon replacements, we WILL NOT be blocking all non-stock weapons, only ones that are similar to custom weapons. Sappers, knives, flare guns, shields, boots, and the base jumper are examples of weapons that will not be touched. An example of a replacement would be sandvich replaced with mann snack.

The menu is being currently worked on. It will still be texted based, but better organized.

The mod could have a separate item system, like Advanced Weaponiser had,

This is fine, if you post alot of ideas (like Krimmer), just to mention I don't look at the sugguestion thread until I do need to add a new weapon. So it's still very appreciated to post ideas.

Old Baby Face's Blaster Stats

(+) Builds boost by dealing damage (100 damage to fill meter)
(+) You move faster with a higher boost meter
(-) -33% clip size
(-) -10% movement speed
(-) Double jumping reduces 75% boost meter
(-) Lose boost when hurt (25 damage empties meter)

Why it is bad:
The smallest amount of damage can really cost your boost meter a lot. Heck, a couple syringes and your whole boost meter is gone. One of scouts main abilities, double jumping, is also frowned upon with this. That combined with the base -10% movement speed and lower clip size makes this weapon garbage

(+) You move faster with a higher boost meter
(-) -10% movement speed
(-) Double jumping reduces 25% boost meter
(-) Lose boost when hurt (200 damage empties meter)
(-) Lose 2% boost per second when you haven't dealt damage in 5 seconds

Why this balances it
With this, you can actually fully utilize the weapon. It has 6 shots, you can take a couple hits without instantly becoming a snail, and double jumping isn't as penalized. However, it takes longer to build up your boost in the first place, and staying out of combat will make your boost slowly drain, so you have to be in action at all times to preserve your boost.

I really don't plan on changing official weapons, just the custom ones

I have changed the Firkin Flamer and Matador models, the changes will take affect when I add AW to the current lineup.

Thank you for your time to do this. I do plan on making x10 (OP verisons) of the weapons, but until most weapons feel balanced (before I make VERY OP weapons)

The doom bringer's skellington that appears after a kill should last 10 or 15 seconds and ogla, the killing machine should have 25 ammo.

the large skellington can be changed (time) but the 3 small are hard-coded in the game and have to stay at 30 seconds.

Ogla could be reduced... it takes the same time for a normal minigun of 200 to be used in the same time Ogla fires the 50 shots slowly

With the recent update, the LAW got nerfed to hell.

1) You can barely shoot anything at a decent range
2) The rockets deal very little damage now

My suggestion:

40% Damage penalty
50% Slower projectile speed

That was kinda the point.... the damage was 33% damage penalty
