Ideas for Changes/Balancing (Custom Weapons)

BUFF BUFFER: Please fix the buff buffer, just look at the stats. Say you are using the Concheror right, the buff gives you 35% damage back for 10 seconds, not bad and really save your life. With this crap weapon, that buff becomes 10% for 20 seconds which absolutely terrible for also taking 10 damage when you shot at all meaning you have to be doing atleast 100 damage person to even gain health while shooting this weapon. How does that make sense, did you guys even test it? Even with the other backpacks it isn't great, the 25% self damage is huge when used with the buff banner because you are doing mini crits and defeats the entire purpose of the battion's backup which is to be tanky. please fix the Buff Buffer.

If it is possible, maybe making the buffs stronger as well as lasting longer, or not have such crippling down sides and maybe do 25% less damage when you don't have a buff active. It's much worse thatn it sounds.

PEGASUS' WING: As for the Pegasus' Wing, please make the speed buff much larger like 30-40% because right now it is easily one of the wrost weapons in tf2 history. With offering almost no upsides because scout is already much faster than the other classes, with effectivly halfing the HP of the scout as he will now die from 1 rocket, pill, shot gun shot, scatter gun shot, sticky, see my point? Also taking away his jump is horrible and makes him a slower version of the first baby face blaster except worse in every way. Instead of taking away a jump, he should have one more, and that is all that needs to be done. This might sound like a lot but the 25% damage is atrotious which is the same reason the candy cane isn't as OP as people might think. Plus it would fit the name a little more.

HEAVY ARTILLERY WRENCH: The HAW's stats make no sense. Is there something I'm not getting because it says the following:

(+) 100% bonus sentry damage
(-) 20% less sentry range
(-) 200% less sentry fire rate

Unless math doesn't apply to TF2, the DPS should clearly be lower than the stock wrench plus it has less range than the normal making it a complete down grade compared to regular. I could be wrong and there is some weird reason why these stats make sense but I don't see them.

Buff Buffer - I plan to have a "larger buff radius" custom attribute to be made

Pegasus' Wing - It was 30% movement bonus, but other players couldn't hit the scouts. I did have the idea of the attribute "when you are hit, you are slowed downed for a moment". Basically, the Natascha effect on yourself

HEAVY ARTILLERY WRENCH - the overall DPS is somewhat lower, but rockets do 100-300 damage

There are alot of weapons that some people think is overpowered or under-powered. It mostly depends how long you play with the weapons. I do thank people who suggest possible changes. Just to remind, the servers have only been up for 1 month (since 8/12).
