This is a map that is already inside circulation of the cTF2w maps, and it's terrible!
Not only is it more linear and enclosed than 2Fort, but it's gimmick of having security defent the intelligence is dumb and outright broken.

Aesthetically, the place is very dark and dull within the bases, alot of gray and intense team colors. Mid is nice, wish it was a control point map since it's pretty maneuverable for all the classes. Then there's the diarrhea pools, which make this map both ugly and unsanitary.

With that gimmick in place, there is a single exit to go through with the intelligence without being penalized for doing your god damn job! No flank routs, no alternatives, just a single get in and get out route. It is a heaven for Demos and Soldiers, Engineers have the perfect perch to place a sentry and defend the whole of the intelligence room.

The Security aspect also sucks because when testing it by myself with no enemy team, the security in my own base triggered when capturing the enemy's intelligence and dealt damage to me! That is bull! EVEN WHEN BONKED IT DEALT DAMAGE.

Well, I had a map vote up for 2 months with only 10 votes. I guess no one really cares.

Heres a Maxine rework I thought of
AW – The Drive By:
On kill: You get a speed boost for 5 seconds
-35% damage vulnerability while active
-25% damage penalty

This would make it more balanced and add the statagy to avoiding a heavy, running. The problem with the current one is that it doesnt have real downsides that keep you from going a murder spree, the only downsides that it has are easily solved by just picking up ammo from dead bodies and having a medic on you. That might work.

I already tried to use this model. The creator never accepted my friend request or didn't response to my message on his profile. Karma Charger even left a message for him directly (since Karma used some of his models in youtube videos).

There is a plugin I installed that reduces all damage by 25% when near spawn. I will make sure it's still working.

The bragging part... no idea how to fix. Some people are just like that.

Waved Farewell is barely used on the server if even used but the mechaninc of it doesnt really work that well sometimes and like the backstactter it works better on paper than it does in the actual game

Well, the last verison of the Farewell wasn't really used either. It's pretty much the same, but not inlcuding the "slow down" part.

The current Leech is fine as it is, I suggested the additional stat to make it more true to its name. Its an interesting spy watch that should be covered more in depth. But I do like your idea of making it replace ammo with health, how about add: Ammo turns into health but you still recieve 50% ammo from ammo packs

The offical "Ammo collected from ammo boxes becomes health" stopped working after the Gun Mettle or Tough Break update.

AW - Infection (Rework):
+On backstab: Backstabed player is "Infected" and recieves bleed effect until they reach a health pack or a medic and recieves a -25% slower walk speed
+When "Infected" player dies it applies same effects to allies in a close radius and "Infected" allies do the same being able to cause a chain reaction
-Backstabs only deal 1/2 of enemies health
-Backstabed player recieves a +50% healing from all sources while bleeding

This is what I had planned.. due to the "Le Dettonaire" being similar to the Infection. This rework idea will involve removing the "Stab n away", including a little from Eternal's idea (but more simple).

(+) On backstab: place a disease
(+) Enemies are slowed by X% and their heath is drain X per second
(+) Instant cloak upon a backstab
(-) Disease can be removed by a healing supply, medic, health kit, or resupply
(-) Backstabs do no damage
