I sometimes make changes within a day or 2 after I post the update. I normally change what I changed for the weapon in the changelog and what's listed in the steam group.

Ok so here's the plan... We make a grenade launcher, which is hated on for not requiring skill to aim, and lets give it max damage on its blast radius. also how about lets give it a bigger blast radius so they dont even have to aim. And why not an uinreasonably short fuse timer, but not too short, we dont want the precious demo to be damaged. Downsides? how about -25% damage for hitting the enemy and being good and screw it no random crits.

Does that sound fair? of course it doesnt; you shouldnt reward people for playing bad, it creates a negative mindset which ruins the game for everyone. The entire concept is toxic but it would be acceptable if it were balanced.

Chawlz suggested adding "less ammo carried" penatly, so you can't just spam.

Also the psycho's axe currently is a straight upgrade. The slower holster and draw is its only dowgrade which is already balanced by its increased range. Not only can one kill bring you over max health and allow for crazy chain kills (which by itself is a fun idea), but its special makes you an unstoppable force than can be difficult to counter in most situations and doesnt even take long to build up. I like the idea behind the weapon but i feel as if its missing some downgrades to balance it out and make it an option rather than the only option.

There's a negetive that's not on the description for the servers (becuse there's a letter limit).
