Currently, we use official attributes to make that one work. Also, I would think it would be alittle annoying to players to hold reload key to alt-fire. Mostly the way Miniguns work... trust me I believe it's not possible. The main reason I added the slight increase of spin up time was to compensate for the lack of pre-reving up. Also I think it's fine... it's something different and that's what we try to do here.

The extra ammo from heavy survival gear doesnt take effect till you pick up an ammo pack.

I believe all of the survival gear's do that.

Survival gear on heavy is a bit lackluster, because the health on kill is like 20, and if you just check your back you wont get stabbed.
So maybe increase the health on kill slightly or make it so every kill lets you carry a sandvich and assists give you a small medkit.

The Survival Gear's is 10% based on who you kill. As in, if you kill a scout you get 13 health back... if you kill a heavy you get 30 health back.

I think it would be better if the six point shuriken was swapped to the primary slot.

Currently that's not possible, becuase Scout doesn't have throwable Primary weapon. The plugin we use "replaces" a base weapon.
