I have recently cleaned up this discussion post. I have removed certain posts to clean up this discussion. Theses are the reasons why I might have removed your post:

1) If your idea is just balances for official TF2 weapons... I won't be changing official weapons.
2) If your idea is just balances for custom weapons... there is a separate discussion for that.

3) If your idea was simple, as in....

• (+) faster fire rate
  
• (+) more damage
  
• (-) less clip size

It needs to have some thing unique about it.

I have cleared up 1 week at the time of this post. Please understand if your idea is not currently on the to-do list. If would use 1 weapon from each person who submitted an idea, there would over 200+ weapons, not including my weapons.

The key donations... ehhh. I dont feel like key donations do anything to support the bills of the server.

They would.... people (as in me) can sell the keys for real money.

I think that 30 second Ads are fine, and Key donations would work too. I think donators should get something special, like trails or something just to show the players that they are a supporter, and for vanity purposed :D

Also it makes me really happy to see that a x10 server is planned :D Keep up the good work guys! I am thinking about donating to the server.

The main reason why Rasputin had the quickfix uber was due to the fact that Orion had changed how "alt-fire is disabled" (in which Rasputin had) and it no longer worked with medi-guns. So I had to put a ubercharge with it.

I wan't going to do invulnerability, so I went with the quickfix uber.

Yes and no. Quickfix still has the other special effects (as in, blast jumping and movement speed matching) and the actual quickfix uber.

I added the heal rate bonus, because since the shield is now the uber... it needed something to be different.

There is something that Theray partially got working, but hasn't been able to finish it.

How about remove the bonus heal rate and instead you can revive people? So Rasputin would revive players and has the uber shield?

Yuss, I'mma abuse the hell out of the new Rasputin Gift + Ubersaw, following everyone except Pyros since fire can cross the Shield.

We will see, I did remove the movement speed penalty mostly because you could get the shield faster when you had to heal people. Now, since it's the uber it takes longer to get the shield (unless you use the uber saw of course.) I will add back the movement speed penalty if it becomes a problem.

There are couple of ways to support the servers, in which no one barely has.

I haven't had the chance to set it up yet, but it will only be key donations

3) Ads in the server
As in the "message of the day", there will play a short 30 second real advertisement.

Please vote on the option for ads in the server. Some people don't like them, but it helps the server owners to pay the bills.

Donations will be a monthly "charge" but it's not much for the Patreon or in keys. This is what is currently on our Patreon page:

The proceeds will help pay for server costs and other costs.
1) Server costs
2) Paying the model makers for the use of their models
3) Pay for the help of our coders (for the new attributes)
4) A portion will go back to the community (as in, raffles and other stuff)

What is the "Beta Server"?
The beta server is were removed and work-in-process weapons will be public tested to be moved to the "main servers". You can help voice the changes, so non-premium donators can enjoy them.
