I think we should make something balanced even after reaching level 4

Remove base malus

Add :
-10% damage at lvl 0
-10% movement speed at lvl 1
-15% damage at lvl 2 (-25% damage)
-25% heal from anysource at lvl 3
-20% spin up rate at lvl 4

You become more and more deffensive over time and lose your damage
So you become a Tank, not a Juggernaut monster bruiser !

Alright, this is the change that will be happening....

-increased damage required to upgrade by 100%
-added "Level 5: Bullets destroy all projectiles while in-flight" bonus
-added "After upgrading: 75% damage resistance for 2 seconds" bonus

So, yes I am buffing it, but also nerfing somewhat hard (I am baically doubling the amount of damage required to upgrade).

I read the stats from the discussion it could be outdated.

There will be an update happening at some point soon. I will be completly cleaning and organizing the disscussion pages.

The information might be slightly incorrect on the weapon page. I normally copy/paste the changes. With the update, I will completly re-do the disscussion pages that show the stats.

Quick buff
(+) Damage required for equipped buff is reduced by half
(+) 50% larger buff radius
(+) 25% bonus clip size
(-) This weapon deploys 100% slower
(-) 50% less buff duration (5 seconds)

A weapon thats focused in improving buffs has a penalty that has to do with buffs.
Why ? Remove the bonus clip size (its actually a direct upgrade to rocket launcher if you dont use a buff) and remove the faster buff gain and make the buff last twice as long.

What you are describing is what the "Quick Buff" used to be... "The Buff Buffer". But Chawlz sugguested to change it to more of a rapid fire buffing.

But yes, currently it's kinda of a upgrade. I will be removing the clip size bonus.

Well, balancing is what I aim for. Yes at some point some weapons were OP.

I have always make changes to make stuff more balanced. Normally when new weapons are added they might be OP. New weapons have to be play tested, so I know what needs to be changed.

Any weapons that are in the "good enough to be used instead of stock weapons", please sugguest changes (buffs or nerfs) here...

Yes and no. The "best way" to do it would be the x10 mod or the "Give Weapons" plugins.
