Terminal Killocity:
-This weapon holsters 100% slower
The Terminal Killocity with its most recent buff allowing the heavy to surf through the air gives him to much flanking capability and can easily be used to jump people and take out an entire team. Making it deploy slower would bring it back to the tool weapon that the original version was.

Doombringer:
I will be keeping HHH due to the fact that has a warning when it's spawned.

Terminal Killocity:
I will be sligthly reducing how slow you fall, and greatly reducing the air control.

Milk Shot:
+On hit: Heal team mate for 60 hp
+On headshot or full charge: Create an milk explosion that applies it to all enemy players around the target

Before the last update came out (July 1st), I already asked Orion about mad milk explosion. Currently, not possible unless a custom attribute is made. Orion is currently on another break until futer notice.

I want to do the verison that Karma Charger showed (alt-fire to jarate nearby enemies), but only Chdata has coded it. Chdata normally doesn't share his coding.

"Estinguish allie on scoped hit" has been added to the sidney sleeper and could now be added to the quite similar milk shot

Not possible at this time. The "Estinguish allie on scoped hit" is part of the *Sidney Sleeper* jarate system.

Well after re-imersing myself into cTF2w, I've noticed a few weapons that seem far too good in some areas.

* = Suggested new stat
~ = Removed old stat

Solid Slugger
(+) On kill: Recharge all rechargeable weapons by 50%
(-) No random critical hits
(-) 10% less damage
*(-) Rechargeables take 25% longer to recharge


Incendiary Cannon
(+) Fires fireballs to ignite targets
(+) Projectile cannot be deflected
~ (-) Can only refill ammo at a resupply
(-) Only holds 10 shot
(-) Cannot be crit boosted
* (-) 50% less knockback on hit
* (-) Damage falloff

Solid Slugger:
That's a good idea! It will have to be a custom attribute.

Incendiary Cannon:
Just like others mentioned, changing the damage (knockback and damage off) is VERY hard to do (since it's hard-coded to the game). If you didn't' know the damage has been reduced to 50 (even though the damage number shows 25, currently the coder who figured it out can't seem to fix that part).

Also, changing it to normal rockets.... Number 13 anyone?
