Maybe, but the bonus for bootlegger/wee booties when not using a shield should benefit a stickybomb launcher more directly (that is why you get +20% faster firing speed and 10% faster reload time for your Secondary)

Wait what? That's not what the link the document linked here links to says the Booties do. Where can I find up-to-date information on balance changes?

Did you have any UberCharge? The ammo is UberCharge similar to the Widowmaker.

It's how we are able to equip custom weapon models, it is a side-effect.... not fixable
