Hey there, i'm back with new Ideas:

Solly:
The Eagle Dive(WIP)
Lvl ?? Launcher(solly Primary)

Projectile Speed and Damage increases over Time and Distance, up to 40% Bonus Projectile Speed and 30% Damage Bonus.
Reloads Entire Clip at Once
-20% Slower Reload Speed
-20% Base Damage Penalty
-40% Base Projectile Speed Penalty

Lvl ?? Beanbag-Loaded Shotgun(Scout Primary

Fires a slightly arcing, non-exploding projectile instead of bullets.
On Hit: Target is slowed by 15% for 1 second
+20% Push Force on Victim
+15 Max Health On Wearer
-66% Clip Size
-40% Damage Penalty
No Random Crits


The Anti-Personel Arsenal (The Anti-Riot Scout)
lvl ?? Tesla Magnum(Scout Secondary)

On Hit vs Sentry: Stun for 1 Second.
+20% Damage vs Buildings
+15% Faster Switch Speed Bonus
-60% Slower Firing Speed
-27% Clip Size
-No Random Crits
-Stun Duration does not Stack or Reset.


The Force of Brutality(The Anti-Riot Scout)
Lvl ?? Baton (Scout Melee)

On Hit: Stuns Victim for 0.5 Seconds and Provides a 15% Movement Speed Bonus for 3 Seconds. Stun duration and Movement Speed Bonus does not reset or stack on continuous hit.
+40% Faster Swing Speed
-66% Damage Penalty
-10% Slower Movement Speed on Wearer

On Hit: 25% Ubercharged is Drained(not affected by Bleed effect)

This weapon would be great for signalling your team of very potential threats, like a medic-heavy combo or a banner soldier...or even a phlog pyro.
