I feel like I should make some of the attributes for these, like the crit invincible enemies. I could rework it into a hurt invincible players attribute. A grill dispenser would be funny. Igniting enemies if you're on fire would be interesting as well.

Infection is cool, but it should do bleeding just to take health from the medic so you won't need to fix the Medic dying from that, and there would be no need to add a specialized hitshound nor stuff, the bleeding will be enough signal...or just for fanciness add a little green skull (like marked for death, but now you are really going to die cx)

I just hope that bleed doesn't break the weapon. After all the idea is that you can keep your disguise with it but can still disguise on will, unlike the yer or regular knife, at the cost of an instant death.Bleed however could possibly make your disguise useless since people will likely notice when your victim bleeds. Maybe give the bleed JUST a half second or second activation lag after the stab so that you at least have a chance to get away. After all, if you stab and the enemy instantly starts bleeding they'll probably look behind themself as soon as possible to check for spies using the infection.

This is a good idea, I'll look into making it an option. It will be optional though, so crafting can decide whether or not to use this, or use a hud display, or both. We'll see.
