There is only one x10 mod I've played, and that's the official one. My favorite weapon has to either be the Beggars Bazooka, stock Knife, or stock Bottle (LOVE ME A MARKET GARDENER).

and modify it easly
like demo-man Eyelander, replace health by Damage or any attribut ?

We can't change base tf2 attributes. What we can do is emulate what we need/can, and do what we need to. I didn't do the faster swing rate as you get more heads, that was Orion. If I'm wrong Orion, please correct me!

I merged them all into one file. Last I checked, it was almost 2000 lines of code. I will split some stocks into include files, to cut down on file length.

Do you plan to make custom uber ? (I get real confused when I looked at the code.Especially when it uses SDKHook_OnTakeDamage instead of healing events)

I looked into it at one point, maybe in the future. I won't say more.

That's a tough one... in the original AW, my loadouts rarely changed. Soldier was Matador, Survivalist's Slugger, and Marauder's Mace. Pyro was Firkin Flamer, Boilerbuss, and some tf2 weapon. Spy was Flare Retardent Suit, Stab-N-Away, and Plot Hook. In CW2, my favorite is a bit biased, but it has to be the Heart Opener/Infection. Mostly because, I had no code to go off of. It has the first two AW2 attributes I coded entirely from scratch. The infecting, and keeping disguise.
