The Vendetta (V2):

-Walk speed reduced by 10%

The Suprise Attack (My favorite out of the 4):
Slot: Invis Watch
+Can attack while cloaked
+Can recharge when cloaked by standing still
-Once you deal damage you immediately uncloak and undisguise
-Cloak decay increased by 15%

The Malfuntion Hack (V2):
Slot: Sapper
+Sapper effectiveness increased by 15%
+Sapper durability increased by 50%
-Sapped sentries can still attack

I went on the chicago server and no, there is no cloak weapon like the suprise attack
