+Flames are replaced with rapid fire short ranged beams that ignite and create lingering flames that last for 1 second on impact or on expiration, and can hit the target multiple times

+Lingering flames can ignite projectiles, causing them to expire after 1 second

+Dealing damage charges "Hmmm",
press your "Reload" key to have the beams to have a much farther reach and leave a flame trail on where the beams are fired that last for 5 seconds

-No random crits

-15% Damage Penalty

-After "Hmmm" has been used, it cannot continue charging before 10 seconds (Ex: Dealing damage does not charge "Hmmm" until 10 seconds have passed)

-Airblast evaporates projectiles

Medic: Angels Devil (Lvl 10 Healing Arm)

Stats (Buffs)
(+) On assist: Gain a "Holy/Unholy Blast (Max 4)", alt click to mark an enemy for death or a teammate for life for 30 Seconds (Max able to deploy 2)
(+) Marked for life makes the player immune to crits and gains a +3 health regen
(+) On hit enemy: Bleed for 5 seconds
(+) On hit teammate: Regen +10 for 5 seconds

Stats (Penalties):
(-) 25% Attack speed
(-) 25% Damage penalty
(-) No random critical

I like the idea of this weapon, but it may need balancing. All criticism is greatly appreciated!

Engineer (Primary): Builders Blaster

Design: Something that looks like the RR, but with a more futuristic design, like the Pomson. The health display on the weapon is team colored, and the barrel is replaced with a Wrangler.

Stats (Bonuses):
(+) Firing at a friendly building upgrades it and gives ammo, depending on how far away you are (Max 25% ammo and metal, Minimum 10%)
(+) Hold M2 to fire a beam that gives a building a projectile shield, reflecting all projectiles at a 25% Damage reduction, uses 25 metal each time a projectile is reflected (Ex: If a rocket is fired at the building with a shield on it, it is reflected and deals less damage)
(+) No damage falloff

Stats (Penalties):
(-) No ammo from dispensers while active
(-) No ammo from Ammo crates while active
(-) You may not take ammo from your own dispenser
(-) 35% Damage penalty
(-) 15% Reload speed
(-) 10% Max clip size (5 shots)

Description: The Engineer felt that his Rescue Ranger wasn't enough so he tried to put a wrangler on it. Now its a beautiful Mann destroying machine.

Weapon: Soldier Primary: Solar Striker

Stats (Upsides):
(+/-) Rocket is replaced with a "Blazer", that pirces up to 3 enemies before exploding
(+) The Blazer generates 3 shards every second that orbit the Blazer that, when it explodes, fire in a certain direction (e.x, if the shard is on the top of the "Blazer", it will fire up)
(+) Shards mini-crit when the are fired from the top or bottom (e.x, if it crashes down on an enemy, it will mini-crit, will do the same if it hits them from the bottom)
(+) Ignites enemies for 3 seconds on hit

Stats: Downsides
(-) 100% Blast damage penalty
(-) The Blazer explodes automatically after 3 seconds of flight
(-) No random crits

Maniacs Machinery: Construction PDA

(-/+) Switches the sentry with a Robo-Heavy, Dispencer with a Robo-Medic, Teleporters with a ridable Robo-Scout
(-/+) Heavy level 1 health at 300 HP
(+) Robo-Heavys are able to patrol certain areas at level 3
(+) Robo-Medics can Heal all classes, and heal nearby Robots when they are below max health
(+) Robo-Medics have a lesser Uber-Charge, while ubering a patient they gain a 50% damage reduction
(+) Robo-Scouts patrol the Entry and Exit lane, and shoot nearby enemies
(+) Robots can deal random crits
(-) Robots can take crits
(-) Robo-Medics cannot give ammo or metal
(-) Robo-Heavys do not gain rockets at level 3
(-) Robots do not gain a health boost when upgraded

Is this balanced? Maybe not.

Weapon Idea: Overdriver: Medi-Gun

Stats (Upsides):
(+/-) Overheal is replaced with "Shields", allowing the patient to survive an attack without taking any damage
(+) You may heal 2 people at once (Click twice on the same patient to use both medi-beams on them)
(+) 10% Heal rate for each patient (Also, using both the medi-beams on them adds a 20% instead of 10%)
(+) Uber (4 max): Allows the patient to take 5 hits without taking damage; no knockback taken

Stats (Penalties):
(+) 10% Damage vulnrability on wearer
(-) 15% Movement speed while active
(-) No overheal on wearer
(-) 10 second cooldown for placing Shields on players

I feel that this may be a bit overpowered, so please let me know if this needs balancing!
Balance 1: Added 10 second cooldown on Shields!

Weapon idea: The Big Blaster
(Soldier primary)

Stats (Upgrades):
+Use your Alt-Fire to manually explode the rocket
+Manually exploding rockets deals +15% More knockback
+Rocket does not mini-crit when airblasted
+You may still manually explode the rocket once airblasted
-20% Damage to self

Stats (Penalties):
-20% Blast Radius on impact with ground (ex: If you don't manually explode the rocket, it will have a lesser blast radius)
-If projectile is a crit rocket, manually exploding it makes it a mini-crit
