A medic bonesaw, like the ubersaw but with a green liquid in the bottom instead of red or blue liquid.
+bleeding damage on hit (3 seconds), -15% damage, -20% swing speed, on hit +10% ubercharge, mark for death on equip and after switching to a weapon for a short time, speed boost on hit, SPELL: Halloween death ghosts, on hit (10% chance to slow enemy).

I was thinking a basic medigun look with the spooked effect going from the medigun to the person being healed instead of the default red or blu effect. Btw the name means chicken pox healer. It's supposed to be an op over affected medigun that is a challenge to face and use. While you have a medic you will be a challenge to defeat but if you don't defend him/her properly you will end up not only without a medic, but with bleeding and massive overheal (these are supposed to counter act each other to add another element to gameplay).
+<65%> Overheal, <75%> slower ubercharge, crit on burning players (to help keep them alive with bonus healing),overheal dosent decay, +15% damage from fire,crits,blast,and bullets on the wearer, +15% move speed, on hit 2.3 seconds of bleeding on hit (causes teamates to bleed when healing them), On hit, ally and wearer recieve several seconds of speed boost, 125 max hp, +5 natural regen hp rate on wearer.

A bow that shoots projectiles like the star shooter, but with an arc effect. I imagine it with a high tech compound bow type item that has 2 metal pieces in the front of where the arrow would be, generating the generic blue or red lightning effect. It would generate a loud laser sound which would could give away the position aswell as a bright light flashing.
+300% clip size, it can penetrate players, the play is vaporized upon a kill, it regenerates 3 electric shots per 5 seconds, ammo boxes cannot give you ammo, max health additive penalty <25> less hp on wearer, shots behave like the bow

Mecha-Merc
Appearance - A kind of exo suit that goes around the arms and up the shoulders
Stats - +20% vs buildings, hidden maxhealth non buffed +<35> max hp, ubercharge rate bonus for healer +10% uber rate on healer, Once reaching 100% rage (rage gained by doing damage to buildings, lost by taking damage from players) you can gain an aura of crits for 5 seconds, -10% attack speed, crits do no damage.
The idea of this weapon is to be a thing to use while uber'd and a support weapon for a team push. The crits are useless for the heavy himself but when used with a group it can be devastating.
