Sharp Shooter - Both secondary and melee
Change the boosts on kill to stacks:

On kill: gain a stack

1 stack:
10% faster firing speed on secondary
5% faster reload speed on secondary
10% faster melee swing speed

5 max stacks

-Your are forced to equip both versions of this weapon(shotgun and melee)

Mercenarie's Supplies changes(this is including the default mercenaries supplies stats but not the custom ones for each class):

Demoman - Primary:
+25% shield charge rate
-0.2 sticky bomb arm time

Demoman - Secondary:
+10% faster primary firing speed
+25% faster weapon switch

Soldier:
When your below 50 hp you get a cocheror (or battalions backup, im not sure yet) until your above 50 hp

Pyro:
+25 hp
+25% longer flame reach

Engi:
+25% metal reserve
+25% bonus metal pickup from ammo packs and dispencers

and world peace has been achieved...

I was a witness aswell of this hacker and suggest for him to be baned and reported to be vac banned

AW-Danger Ranger:
25% damage vulnerability while on the ground (from 50%)
+25% arerial control when active (includes base jumper movement)
-15% damage from blast jumps

-15% movement speed while on the ground

the more i think about it, the better it sounds to me to make this the medispenser's ubercharge:

+ Medispenser holds several ubercharges (eg the vaccinator's multiple ubercharge system thing)
-/+ Medispenser shoots out a medkit / ammokit into the direction you are looking when ubered
-/+ pressing Reload can toggle between shooting a medium healthkit, medium ammokit and two of each, but small
- 99% shorter ubercharge

also other uber related stats
- possible ubercharge rate penalty?
+ perharps regenerating ammo gives a tiny boost to ubercharge build? eg 5-10%?

Right now the coders havent been able to make a split ubet charge medigun but there working on it

How 'bout give the Uncontainable Reaction a buff that would be that it would slow down targets on hit with melee so it would be easier to get the combo
