50% is way too much, it would be buggy with walls, model, hitbox... Etc

This additional stats are not good the immobile sentry is ok

The Smack Down(The Slammer rework):
When teammate is hit you reduce their size by 10% for 60 seconds(does not stack)
On hit: -25% walk speed on target(does not stack)

Maybe just give the afterburner the suggestion that I had? (-50%~75% max. primary ammo)? It makes sense given the playstyle.

Theres still airblasting, removing ammo wouldnt make much of a difference

The Drunken Warfare (Rework):
+75% firing speed
-0.5 sticky arm time

-25% damage
-No sticky launch charge
-50% slower reload speed
-Sticky bombs cannot detonate while in the air
-No random crits

This new rework encourages to make a fast sticky trap when your being followed to save yourself instead of the current one that promotes sticky spamming. You could still sticky spam but not as effective as with the current one and hey, all sticky bomb launchers can be used for spam except for the scottish resistance so theres no real way to stop it.
