What would you think about "Custom Taunts"?

Custom taunts = custom animations = hard af BUT possible

Reduce the damage resistance while spun up to 35% from 50% and add full crit resistance while spun up.
Reduce the smaller explosion radius penalty to 40% from 50% and add a 15% slower firing speed.

Reduce all the duration to 15 from 30, the damage penalty to 20% from minimal, and remove the slower fire rate penalty. I didn't put the reason behind my reworking last time, it's to reduce the duration of the effect and to outbalance it.
