The afterburner is ok as it is the only thing is that the longer afterburn help the more afterburn damage a bit too much. In my opinion only give it 1 of those 2 preferably the mpre afterburn damage since you can reset the afterburn time with the Boilerbuss

BUT how about -99% Health from all sources?

I did initially write "-80% health from outside sources", but a full health pack would only heal 15 health, so you could probably steal health from your teammates. Also, if you are bleeding or on fire, you can pick up packs (no healerino tho). I did actually want the weapon to be no health from packs but -80% health from healers, but I didn't want to put too many stats on.

life blood is useless unless you have the crit-a-cola, but even then, it's still underwhelming. i came up with 2 different ideas for it:

Life Blood (Reworked)

Idea 1:
(+) 50% of all damage done is returned as health
(+) You can overheal yourself, up to 240% (180 health)
(+) Overheal drains 75% slower
(-) -50 max. health on wearer
(-) -34% clip size
(-) No health from all outside sources on wearer

Pros:
-You'll always crit jarated Players.
-You don't have to headshot for crits.
Cons:
-You need to wait for your Jarate to be able to perform Crits
