That's not what slows down new weapons getting made... 95% of the sugguestions requires something new to be coded. Then I have to wait for it to be made (if it's even possible in-game to work).

Great weapon can be made with tones of unused attribut from valve
Im doing some new weapon style for my FF2 boss
and only with base attributs

So what happen with the attribute coding stuff you wanna do?

He uses VPS, not GSP (Game Server Provider) which is costly, but better.

You said that your VPS has more than 1 GB ram that should be enough to make a or two more server on the same VPS (same IP different port)
