The spy robo model if allied when disguised will just appear as the opposite color.
I.E a blu robo model spy on your team disguises, instead of the disguise mask it will just show a red robot instead to his teammates.

That's because you're not normally able to be robots in the actual gamemodes of TF2. Since in MvM You're always on red, you'll never actually see the robot spy as a teammate while it's disguised so..

no, lets say it downgrades to lvl 1.
If you remove the sapper it will just stay lvl 1.
So i dont know if that is intentional or not.

The version provided is as I said... Broken. I do have a message of Crafting saying he will upload newer versions but alas, it seems to have been forgotten

Yes and no. There is a public and private verison of the Custom Weapons plugin. Both are maintained by 2 different people. We have our reasons for doing this.
