The Improvized Imblazer

Change -50% flame distance spread area to -20% flame distance spread area
Change 'no afterburn' to -50% afterburn duration


The Culling Axe

Add +15% firing speed
Add +15% movement speed while weapon is active
Change 'insta-kills enemy under 1/3 of their health' to 'insta-kills enemy under 1/2 of their health'


The Psycho's Axe

Add +20% movement speed at all times

I know competitively, the afterburn mechanic is pretty underwhelming... but this isn't really 'competitive' weapons mod server, and the Afterburner is already a bit annoying as is, but if these new stats are added, Pyros will DECIMATE Scouts and Spies, so 20% move speed reduction on ignited targets is just plain hell, so... no. just no.

Also considering you want to buff all of the custom Pyro weapons when it probably isn't necessary (except maybe the Imblazer) makes me think that you liked the original Phlogistinator buff in the Tough-break update.
