The lil mate is like a mini mini gun for sniper, im not sure how it could be changed, someone suggested making it so you cant use your primary.

no, you just move normal speed while spun up, with a 25% slower firing rate.

I kind of think the point of the Shuriken was to be a primary, but I never liked using it because I prefer scatterguns. I think it should remain as a pseudo primary, but I agree that it might need a buff.

statistically? no reason to use it. Stock with crit a cola or pistol or milk or whatever is way better. Its a weapon you can use to dick around with, but its not nearly as good.

Currently, we use official attributes to make that one work. Also, I would think it would be alittle annoying to players to hold reload key to alt-fire. Mostly the way Miniguns work... trust me I believe it's not possible.

The Survival Gear's is 10% based on who you kill. As in, if you kill a scout you get 13 health back... if you kill a heavy you get 30 health back.

Currently that's not possible, becuase Scout doesn't have throwable Primary weapon. The plugin we use "replaces" a base weapon.
