important notes:if you do add this make sure to NOT lower the movement speed of the character, and dont lower the health of the character, because that would defeat the purpose of the weapon. Other than that, tweak it how ever you like as long as you keep the base idea

The Stomping Stockade

The model could be a sawed-off shotgun crudely made of wood, with a bullet belt on one side.

Cons:
+20% Damage from all sources (While equipped, not just when holding)
-50% Reserve Ammo
-20% Damage Penalty

This shotgun has a "Rampage" meter. Every time you land a shot that dealt over 30 damage total, the rampage meter fills up by 1/10 (10%), filling up to 10 times. (100%) Other weapons can't fill this meter, only this shotgun.
With every 10% added to the Rampage Meter, you get +4% Damage Bonus (Only for this shotgun), and +4% Damage Resistance from all sources (Don't have to be holding it). With every 5 seconds that pass since your last gain, you will lose 20% "Rampage". Landing an >30 Damage shot while already having the meter full will reset the 5 second timer. Additionally, missing a shot completely and dealing no damage will drop 5% of the meter off instantly.

My design idea is that this weapon is made to go on a rampage with, because with enough kills this becomes better than stock. Once you reach 50% Rampage, this weapon functions equivalent to stock, and anything higher and it's just better. If you can't really get any chain shots rolling, however, then this becomes a handicap.

sounds really bad if you ask me, takes more damage and you have to reach 50% before it makes it equal to stock? no thanks man

(+) If in water, stay in it to refill you Water Jug in 10 seconds
