I have a pretty dumb idea but I don't think it's the worst idea ever. I don't have a model for it, but I have the stats.
(+) +75% Übercharge Rate
(+) Press your reload key to cycle through damage against class type (Offensive, Defensive, Support)
(+) While healing, provides your target with a constant 10% damage bonus towards the selected class type
(-) -45% ÜberCharge rate on Overhealed Patients
(-) -45% Overheal build rate
Übercharge provides 2.5 seconds of a 35% damage increase and no damage falloff towards the selected class type a for the Medic and the Patient.

I've got an idea for a Demoman Melee, couldn't find a name for it or a model but it'd probably look like a sword. It would probbly require a custom attribute, since I'm not sure all of these attributes are actually in the game.

(+) Each kill increases your charge duration and regen rate, for every kill each increase by +0.3 seconds and +20% respectively. (Maximum is 5)
(-) -0.5 second charge duration
(-) -25% Charge Regen Rate
(-) No Random Critical Hits

I'd appreciate any feedback.

I have two very similar ideas for a Heavy Secondary, they are :

(+) Wearer will survive all damage until their health reaches 1, after which this weapon will be destroyed
(+) Upon reaching 1 HP, wearer's health is fully restored and they recieve five seconds of invulnerabillity
(-) -30 Max Health on wearer
(-) Can only be restored by supply lockers
