Alright, I've come up with two reworks of my "Shaman's Scalpel" Idea.

Looks like the Wanga-Prick
(+) Upon a successful backstab you rapidly disguise as your victim and gain five seconds of 25% damage resistance
(+) Upon a successful backstab your victim will be disguised as you for five seconds and can be knocked back by their teammates
(+) Silent Killer: No attack noise from backstabs
(-) Wearer cannot disguise
(-) -100% damage penalty
(-) Backstabs deal no damage

Looks like the Wanga-Prick
(+) Upon a successful backstab you rapidly disguise as your victim and gain five seconds of 25% damage resistance
(+) Upon a successful backstab your victim will be disguised as you for five seconds and can be hurt by their teammates, 25% of this damage is self-damage for the teammates
(+) Silent Killer: No attack noise from backstabs
(-) Wearer cannot disguise
(-) -100% damage penalty
(-) Backstabs deal no damage

First one is less exploitable, and second one is more punishing.

(+) Knockback on the target and shooter
(+) 20% bonus healing from all sources
(+) On Hit: Builds Hype

(+) Mini-Crits targets when fired at their back from close range
(-) -85% clip size (This can't really be a negative value, can it?)
(-) -40% bullets per shot
(-) Increase in push force taken from damage and airblast
(-) 10% slower move speed on wearer
(-) Hype reduced on air jumps
(-) Hype reduced when hit
(-) 20% less accurate
(-) No random critical hits

When full, Alt-Fire to activate Hype mode for
multiple air jumps.

This weapon reloads its entire clip at once

Here are a few Engie Ideas.

(Looks like a Wheelbarrow)
(+) Sentries and Dispensers remain partially functional while being hauled (Sentries will only fire in a 180º radius, Dispensers will only refill in a 270º radius)
(-) -30% slower move speed while hauling buildings
(-) Picking up buildings will reduce their level (Level 1s and Mini-Sentries remain the same)

(+) +50 max health on wearer
(-) Going out of a sentry's range reduces damage output of you and your sentry by 20%
(!) Health is shared between the Engineer and his sentry, taking damage will hurt your sentry and getting healed will heal your sentry and vice versa

If Melee :
(+) Killing a spy with a sapper on a friendly building will instantly remove that sapper and heal the building by 60% of it's missing health
(-) -20% repair rate
(-) Cannot remove sappers manually
If Primary :
(+) Killing a spy with a sapper on a friendly building will instantly remove that sapper
(-) -20% Sapper damage vulnerability on buildings

When the Amplifier or the Repair Node are redeployed, they wil for a few seconds act like a normal dispenser, allowing teammates to recieve health, ammo and metal for a short period of time.

(+) Hold Fire to load up to four rockets
Release Fire to unleash the barrage
(+) +120% projectile speed
(+) -140% blast damage from rocket jumps (Heals yourself)
(+) Mini-crits targets launched airborne by explosions, grapple hooks or enemy attacks
(+) Increases attack speed and smaller blast radius while blast jumping
(+) Clip size increased on kill
(+) +200% max primary ammo on wearer
(+) Alt-Fire: A charged shot that mini-crits players, sets them on fire and disables buildings for 4 sec

(-) Overloading the chamber will cause a misfire
(-) No ammo from dispensers while active
