Most TF2 Modelers use blender to create weapon models, and if you want a starting point, this video is a good place to get you going

Currently, the Tesla shocker is out of the weapon rotation so that we may balance it a bit more.

We remove weapons either for balance reasons, broken attributes, or because their affecting the server in some way. Any weapons we remove may be added back at a later date.

you put this files in your downloads folder, which is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\download

We would have to get compatible models first

If you have any weapon suggestions, please put them in the "New Weapon Suggestion" forum and we will review and consider it. Don't make an entirely new discussion just for you weapon.
