( + ) On hit: Causes another 3 bullets to be shot around the hit foe, dealing 10% less damage than the last bullet. The 3 bullets do the same thing, dealing 20% less damage this time. The next ones deal 40% less damage and so on. When reached 100% less damage or more, no more bullets appear

( - ) -25% damage per pellet
( - ) Only 1 pellet per shot
( - ) Only 1 ammo in clip

Basically, this is supposed to be to damage a crowd of people easily. 25% less damage means 3 damage. Its damage penalty is doubled each split, meaning that it splits a total of 4 times before it stops, least damage being 95%.
