Wouldn't that just make it the knife version of the jarate sniper rifle, aka the one often considered to be the worst?

Ah ok, that much better, but still need 50 hit for reach 100% (o_o)
would say 10 damage = 1%, rocket deal an average of 90 => 18%, 11 rocket need

This has, indeed, been suggested in a scariely similiar fashion a few pages ago or so, but I still like it. +1

i had this idea from a loong time
+30% faster reloading speed
on hit : you get the rage meter up to 2% (max 100%)
when rage meter is full you have +30% damage
negatives :
No random critical hits
-99% primary ammo (the ammo that is in the rocket launcher)
-15% firing speed

Seems balanced.

Of course, seeing as how it's infection time before a kill just decreased, it probably won't actually get fixed.

Still, bleed would fix the fact that medic's passive healing stops him from picking up health packs to save himself and bleed would also make it more obvious that the player's been stabbed.

Basicly, I think this knife is too unbalanced, would add few things

(+) on stab : victim and his close allies start to bleed for 0.5 second
(+) succesfull stab don't remove disguise
(+) after 5 second, disabled but don't loose mobility, after 10 second DIE !
(+) when someone die of virus, your healed by 100 HP (can overheal)
(-) can be cursed by medic/heal
(-) no damage on stab

I can't tell if it's still here because it's a joke weapon or because we just like to screw over everyone on a server (Medic, particularly.)

yeah, would put an explosion on stab who give the virus
stab someone would infect close allies
hit someone with virus will decrease time before death (only spy, 2 sec on melee, 1 sec with pistol)
