A new Stacky weapon

The Targon Axe

(+) each kill add a stack who give

• +10% faster charge rate
  
• +25% charge control
  
• +30% charge damage

(+/-) sword type
(+/-) ammo become health
(-) -25% charge duration
(-) can't be critboosted (no crit when charge)

I think it can go up to 5 or 8 stack ^^
If you love bash them all

For the Fighting spirit

Add "kill player holding same weapon" like demi-zatoichi do
To help take out max stacked Demoman
As long as it's a ghost blade it won't be strange to add this stats ^^

This weapon is still unbalanced...
20% of player are good market garedener, less than 5% can do it on demo
Now it ask you to go play with sticky instead of shield, that strange

Also, Eyelander and reskins increase bash damage for each head stacked
Fighting spirit don't, so why not add a new perks for it ?
100% more control ? Or...
+1 second of charge ?
30% faster charge rate ?
50% more bash damage ?
Charge recharge on hit/kill ?

(+) on kill : 50% of extra damage done is returned as health
(+) can overheal up to 150% health
(+) gain 1% damage for each 2% HP missing

Culling Blade

Change 75 health instant kill to a percent health kill.

The Culling Blade, unless going against a Heavy with the Immobile Sentry AND Merc's Supplies, is virtually a direct downgrade to the Fire Axe. 75 health kills is not an impressive feat when a majority of other melees deal a mere 10 hp less per swing, and can swing faster.

Having it as a percent value makes it better against large targets like Heavy and Soldier, while not making it broken for Scouts, Engies, etc.
What this weapon is currently is a very underpowered combo weapon, able to accomplish less than most other weapons for the Pyro can. So I suggest maybe a 33% health for an instant kill (100 hp for heavies, 41 hp for Scouts at 33%)

With these stats, a good flank Pyro will benefit from the bonus damage against larger targets, while a good travelling team will know to counter the Pyro before they cause havoc. Both parties, giver they know what they are doing, are benefited and show how this design is a little more balanced.

Jupiter for engineer

(+) clip is ammo, ammo is clip, no reload ^^
(+) shoot full clip at once (o_O)
(+) +200% accuracy
(+) regen one bullet by second (or 4 every 5 second)
(-) 10 bullet max !
(-) no random crits

Yeah basicly, you can deal like 100 damage when fully reloaded
but... you shoot once ^^
use Dispencer for get ammo quickly

Soz, it's a weird weapon isn't it ?
if you manage to hit with the 3 sticky, you make 150% of the damage
but the arm time is longer and you can have 2(6) sticky max
but if you are good to control your arm time, this is deadly
