For the Leech Blood
I had thought about something who is differed
Like using BFB shotgun's passive and turn the "speed" bonus into "regen" bonus
The bar is filled with damage and is slowly used to heal yourself

(+) damage fill "Leech" bar (need 150 damage to fully fill)
(o) 20% of the bar is consum by second, 2% heals 1 HP (up to a regen of 50 HP !)
(-) -25 HP
(-) -25% damage
(-) no health from health pack
(-) no random crit (for pure fairness)

This version can't overheal so the Health nerf is less dangerous
The scout don't become invincible and can be killed

AFAIK the Doom Bringer DOES drop small skeles when the larger bonemen are killed, so I'm not sure what you want changed there. The Turnabout's ammo is refilled through pickups which are already dropped on death, so giving an extra shot on kill doesn't really accomplish much. Your Transmission is a totally different weapon from the current Transmission, which I firmly believe is already in a pretty good spot. The Immobile Sentry change is a good idea though, jumping Heavies are something else.

It was a typo I meant can't spawn mini skeles. I didn't know about the turnabout's ammo pick up so I deleted it and the problem I see with the transmission is that its not really good at doing its job (keeping the spy alive)

The problem is at tf_zombie are not so modifiable
Maybe killing mini-skeleton could work... If they have a different name than normal skeleton
And idk what the fucking problem do you have with melee ?
Why larger and larger hitbox ? You have trouble to hit with it ?

Bam-Bim-Crit ! You things it's a mix of stats but it has a special gameplay that force you to use your melee with good timing and at close range
It's mostly for surprise attack or finish-him !

secondary/primary for most of classes

(+) replace the weapon by a grappling hook, but disable the primary/secondary
(-) -10% movement speed

The Shark Warhead
Rocket Launcher for Solidier

(+) heat seeking missiles
(+) no damage falloff because shark are constantly hungry
(+) crit on non-burning players
(+) huge explosion type (522), +50% blast radius
(-) 1 ammo by clip, multiple shark is impossible for mann co
(-) -100% pushforce on self, shark arn't gentle
(-) rocket are 60% slower but it's your doom
(-) so heavy that it disable secondary !
(-) -100% damage on taunting ennmies, shark have respect

Blood Lust
Medigun for Medic

(+) +100% unercharge bonus for healer
(+) missing health increase your movement speed
(+) 33% of crit damage is turned into damage over time (150 damage is turned into 100 damage and 12 second of bleeding)
(-) -50% unercharge rate (less when overhealing)
(-) 10% vulnerability for yourself while deployed

UBERCHARGE : give VAMPIRE runes to your patient, also give him a 35% hidden resistance

Yep, that the point ^^
It's the same for demo when you replace the "ammo restrainer melee" by any other
So you need to have a loadout slot with no restrained ammo

you can also equip the rocket or sticky jumper to have bonus ammo

if anybody tries to melee you they have 90% more chance to be ducked up, unless its the scooty booty demoman, then your ducked up, probably, maybe...I don't know I just really hate those guys....anyway you can kill a hoovy in 3 hits if you have 75% uber, so theres that, but long ranged battle your ducked, probably need to be sneaky or try to get them to melee you somehow
