That why you have more than 130% speed and doble jump
I managed to get more than 10 killstreak with the conventional

Just read the stats again, now it makes even more sence. Now it makes you more vulnerable when not taking damage, more resistant when taking damage like the Medic's Tank.

I don't know how the damage scales or if the resist deminishes naturally, but it basically means that more damage you take, the more damage you resist, effectively canceling out most damage and extending the Heavy's HP. Revving for too long will nullify the boosts, but just dereving would allow the deminish to go away and resist to spike back up. It still is a poor downside, as it can be countered as long revs don't occur naturally and can still grant a lot of eHP gained like the Tank, which would evaporate with crits and such.

I think the best way to balance it. Is to keep the current one (maybe) and add "crit vulnerability" which makes it so thats any random crit headshot and/or backstab would do more dmg.

Don't forget that scout pistol who have permanant crit

This is the possible rework for the "immobile sentry"...

(+) Immunity from all debuffs while spun up
(+) While spun up: Damage resistance increases whenever the user takes each type of damage, up to +50%
(-) Damage resistance is reset upon undeploying
(-) While spun up: Damage vulnerability is increased every second, up to 50% in 30 seconds
(-) While spun up: -75% health from packs and healers

So every 30 seconds the Heavy would have to undeploy to reset the Damage resistance and Damage vulnerability back to 0. Also, we will be removing the knockback resistance due to certain weapons bypassing the resistance.

That not all stats right ? This is just remplacing some of the stats
Because without other penalties it sound like a better minigun
