After drinking your weapon is glitched (but this will be reported in bug issue topic)
so, I would also add a speed boost because the size of the player don't affect so much the gameplay
a Cloak canteen would be more usefull

The Drunk Grail
should get crit at 40% HP, because when we reach 20% HP, we die before close combat

The Prototype Punch Bonk
it's a great weapon, but a bit too powerfull
cause you can spam it EVERYTIME !
should increase the time to 16 second instead of 12
and maybe increase the drink duration

The Old abe is a good idea, but need something more to be played
With it it's impossible to get Boots or Base jumper
so we should deploy a bit more his abilities

+25% attack rate while airborn
crit deal normal damage critical
-50% non-crit damage

Texan heatmaker need something new too

Increase the range to burn it should be the range of a battalion backup, like 800µ

it should make crit on burning target, increase damage if target is already ignited

should make 1 damage instead of 0

reduce ignite time to 6 second

Fire retardant suit need some change to be gud

-75% afterburn duration
-50% fire vulnerability

The Infection is actually a troll weapon (for me)
for some reason

after you got stab, you will be disabled... you move slower so it's hard to found a heal
if you reach a heal, you will have to wait long time before be again in the fight
We should remove the disable effect when the spy die or when the player got heal
don't test it only at the end of the effect

For the Booster shot, I would give

(+) +50% overheal bonus
(+) -75% overheal decay
(-) -25% ubercharge rate
(-) -50% healing rate

maybe for the "Flashing ubercharge"
(+) Ubercharge last 1.5 second after medigun last use
(-) -25% ubercharge duration

Anyway, you could probably work this into something else, like;
Damage healed gives you a damage output boost
+1% Ubercharge on hit
-15% Firing rate
-40% Base damage
-10% Weapon switch speed

This way, you could reward Medics for healing so you could inadvertently enforce the heal-to-be-able-to-gain-uber thing.

at this moment... only 1% ubercharge is useless, and the negative attribut make it less powerfull than the normal crossbow... better keep your first idea
